INSPECT
Locate and thoroughly inspect all components of the septic system.
EDUCATE
Inform the customer of the current state of the septic system and educate them on proper use and maintenance of the system.
REPORT
A detailed inspection report will be released to the customer within 3 days.
Buying or preparing to sell a house? One of the inspections you will want to have is a Septic System Inspection if the property has a septic system. Our highly trained Inspectors will perform a thorough inspection which includes:
a comprehensive inspection of the septic system with a fiber optic camera
an examination of the septic tank, piping, and leaching compartments
an assessment of the current functionality of the system, condition of the tank, liquid levels, distribution box(es), leachfield, and pipes from the house to the system
an inspection report detailing the above, along with pictures, a drawing that maps out the system, and recommendations for any repairs.
REPAIRS
If during your Septic System Inspection it was found that repairs were needed, Septicology can handle that for you. We can accommodate your schedule, as well as work around your house closing to make sure the repair(s) needed are done when you need them to be. Some common repairs to a Septic System include:
Installing risers to allow easier access to a septic tank
